As it continues its growth, mys Living has announced the appointment of Fergus Campbell as Asset Manager adding further strength to its experienced team.

Fergus is joining mys during a period of significant growth with the business recently announcing that they have taken over asset management responsibilities for student accommodation buildings in Guildford, Loughborough, Nottingham, Sheffield and Colchester.

Starting his career in agency, with a focus on operational and forward-funding transactions within the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, Fergus brings extensive experience in the living sectors.

Fergus has worked for local and UK-wide developers, including previously at Watkin Jones Group where he focussed on the divestment of PBSA, Co-living and BTR developments, as well as asset management.
